Sunday:      Closed

You may purchase spirits on the premises.

The drinking age in New York State is 21.

CapriLuna

  • 1 Strawberry & Kiwi Capri Sun

  • 3 oz. DikinDurt Blackberry Moonshine

Cynz Blackberry Lemonade

  • 2 oz. DikinDurt Blackberry Moonshine

  • 5 oz. Pink Lemonade 

  • 1/4 oz. - 3.5 oz. Lemonade

Ginger's Blueberry Bourbon

  • 1 shot DinkinDurt Straight Bourbon Whiskey 

  • 1 shot blueberry syrup

  • 2 shots Ginger beer

Twisted Pleasure

  • 2 oz Moonshine Blueberry, Blackberry or Raspberry

  • 3 oz lemonade

  • Splash of sprite


Lemon Honey

  • 2 oz Honey Moonshine

  • 3 or 4 oz lemonade

Cinnamon Roll Martini

  • 2 oz. Baileys

  • 2 oz. Vanilla Vodka

  • 1 oz. Mohawk Valley Fire

  • 4 oz. Half & Half

  1. Pour Ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice.

  2. Rim Martini glass with brown sugar.

  3. Shake until ice cold.

  4. Strain into glass.

Lemon Drop Martini

  • 1 oz. Triple Sec

  • 2 oz. Raspberry or Blackberry Dikindurt

  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

  • 5 oz. Cranberry Juice

  1. Pour Ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice.

  2. Rim Martini glass with sugar.

  3. Shake until ice cold.

  4. Strain into glass then garnish

Blackhole

  • 3 oz. Dikindurt Blackberry

  • 3 oz. Pineapple Juice

  • 3 oz. Club Soda 

  1. Combine all ingredients over ice in highball glass, stir.

  2. Garnish with bottled Dikindurt Blackberry & Orange Wedge.

Tibbitts Maple Bourbon Milkshake

  • 2 Tablespoons Tibbitts Maple Bourbon syrup

  •    (Aged in a DikinDurt Bourbon Whiskey barrel)

  • 1-4 oz DikinDurt Bourbon Whiskey

  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

  • 1/4 cup milk

Cinnamon Roll Shooter

  • 2 oz. Chilled Mohawk Valley Fire

  • 2 oz. Vanilla Core

  1. Combine in shaker

  2. Stir

  3. Pour into Shot Glass

  4. Top with whipped cream

  5.  Sprinkle with nutmeg

Pink Panties

  • 2 oz. Raspberry Dikindurt 

  • 2 oz. Lemon Flavored Soda

  • 4 oz. Pink Lemonade 

  1. Muddle fresh mint, set aside.

  2. Pour Ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice.

  3. Shake well, Pour over set aside mint.

  4. Garnish and serve. 

Orange Creamsicle

  • 2 oz. Clear Dikindurt

  • 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka

  • 2 oz. Half & Half 

  • 3 oz. Orange Juice

  1. Pour Ingredients into a stainless steel shaker.

  2. Shake to combine.

  3. Pour over crushed ice & serve.

American Pie

  • 2 oz. Mohawk Valley Fire

  • 6 oz. Chilled Apple Cider

  • 1tsp. Brown Sugar

  1. Drizzle the inside of highball glass with caramel syrup.

  2. Pour Ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice.

  3. Shake until ice cold.

  4. Strain into glass.

Foreplay By The Pond

  • 2 oz. Dikindurt Raspberry 

  • 1 oz. Peach Schnapps

  • 3 oz. Orange Juice

  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice 

  1. Combine all ingredients over ice in highball glass, stir.

  2. Garnish with bottled Dikindurt Blackberry & Orange Wedge.
